I invite you to join Tina for a 90 min yoga session combining both Somatic Yoga & Yoga Nidra. Our bodies or Soma have so much wisdom, we simply need to take time to slow down & listen. Our slow flow portion will stimulate the vagus nerve while helping to clear lymph. From there you'll be guided through a gentle, self-massage. A yoga nidra or guided meditation will then be offered, allowing you to settle into the space of peace and relaxtion. Truly, its 90 min of bliss for the mind, body, heart & soul.
