In this Yoga & Pilates inspired class you will engage in specific exercises to a variety of intervals to strengthen your core and tighten up your mid-section!
Participants will use light weights, bands and balls in these workouts to target your CORE, glutes, back and so much more so you will feel it from head to toe!
Every exercise provided can be modified to all fitness levels making this class for everybody and every BODY.
