This is an 8 week train to run 5K program for beginner runners as well as runners who have got out of the habit of running so need a slow reset. We will set protocols each week for running with the group and on your own that are easy to follow and implement on your own time. We will also give suggestions for cross-training and pre post running and other workout nutrition so that you are prepared. We will be encouraging you to also sign up for a fun run in November to show yourself that you can run 5k!!
